摘要
多媒体安全监控系统在重要国家机关、分融单位和大型公众场合的安全、保卫工作中起着很重要的作用。它和传统的模拟监控系统相比,在功能上有了很大的增强,是监控系统的发展潮流和热门课题。重点讨论监控系统中视频的捕获、处理、显示和检测,并在考虑自然光照变化的情况下,提出一种自适应图象发度均值实现场景变换检测的比较算法。
Digital alert system is very important for the safety and security of key department of government, bank and public spot. It greatly enforces the functions of normal alert system. This article mainly focused on the capture, display and processing of digital video signal. A method of detecting the change of scenes based on the self adaptive grayscale comparison algorithm is proposed. Considering the change of natural lighting, expeTiments show its effectiveness.
