摘要
对酒糟菌糠中三萜含量进行测定,为酒糟菌糠进一步开发提供依据。以齐墩果酸作为标准样品,用香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定酒糟菌糠中三萜类成分的含量。结果表明茶树菇菌糠(出菇)、茶树菇菌糠(未出菇)、鸡腿菇菌糠(未出菇)的三萜得率分别是0.06%、0.21%、0.13%。三种酒糟菌糠中,茶树菇菌糠(未出菇)的三萜含量最高。
To provide the basis for the further exploration of distiller's grains-based distiller's grains-based spent mushroom substrate (SMS), the triter- penoid contents of distiller's grains-based SMS were determined. With oleanolic acid as standard, vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetric method was used to determine the triterpenoid content of distiller's grains-based SMS. The content of triterpenoid of three kinds of distiller's grains-based SMS, spent Agrocybe aegerita substrate (producing mushroom), spent A. aegerita substrate (no producing mushroom) and spent Coprinus comatus substrate (no producing mushroom) were 0.06%, 0.21% and 0.13%, respectively. The content of triterpenoid of spent A. aegerita substrate (no producing mushroom) is the highest among the three kinds of distiller's grains-based SMS.
