Optimization of submerged fermentation conditions of Isaria felina

摘要 经过对培养基、装量、温度、发酵时间等因素的考察,确定了猫棒束孢最佳发酵工艺:培养基为蛋白胨0.6%,酵母膏1.2%,蔗糖2.4%,硫酸镁0.05%,磷酸二氢钾0.1%,用饱和碳酸氢钠溶液调整pH值为6.5~7.O;培养基装量为500mL;发酵温度为26.5℃;发酵时间为48h。 Effect of culture medium, culture medium volume, culture temperature and culture time on mycelia dry weight of Isaria felina was studied. The optimum medium was as followed: peptone 0.6%, yeast extract 1.2%, sucrose 2.4%, MgSO4 0.05%, KH2PO4 0.1%, pH 6.5-7.0 adjusted by satu- rated solution of NaHCO3, medium volume 500ml/3000ml shaking flask, culture temperature 26.5℃ and culture time 48h.
