摘要 考察了气相色谱-质谱法测定粮谷中17种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留检测中的基质效应,有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药都存在基质增强效应,拟除虫菊酯类基质增强效应更显著。通过比较纯溶剂配制标准溶液和基质配制标准溶液的多种农残回收率,发现纯溶剂配制标准溶液的农残回收率有机氯类通常在106%~179%之间,拟除虫菊酯类在210%~360%之间;使用基质配制的标准溶液的农残回收率能够满足实验要求,17种农药的回收率在77%~105%之间,能够有效消除基质效应。 Matrix effects of organochlorine and pyrethroid have been studied in grain by GC-MS in this research. The result showed that matrix-induced response enhancement was observed under the analysis of organochlorine and pyrethroid, but the latter was much more significant. The organochlorine recoveries range calculated by the solvent calibration curves were between106% and 179%, the pyrethroid's were between 210% and 360%. Compared with matrix-matched calibration curves, all of them are between 77% and 105%, matrix-matched calibration standards was a more effective strategy which equalize the response enhancement for calibration standards.
