基于完全理性行为特征的农户耕地保护行为决策研究——以重庆市开县为例

Behavioral Decision of Cultivated Land Protection of Farmer Households Based on Completely Rational Behavior Characteristics——A Case Study of Kaixian County in Chongqing

研究目的:以农户完全理性行为特征为假设,研究农户在这种假设下耕地保护的行为决策.研究方法:参与式农村调查评估方法和Logistic二元回归分析法.研究结果:由于农户家庭特征、耕地资源禀赋、耕地收益等因素的共同作用下,开县农户保护耕地的积极性不高,既体现在农户对耕地质量变化的关注滞后,又体现在农户对耕地投入资金和中低产田改造的积极性不高.研究结论:对农户耕地保护行为意愿有显著影响的因素包括农户家庭年龄特征、耕地资源禀赋、政府对耕地有偿保护投入、非农收入比和社会保障完善程度等.

In this research, PRA （Participatory Rural Appraisal） and binary Logistic regression analysis are employed to study the behavioral decision of cultivated land protection of farmer households based on the assumption of their completely rational behavior characteristics. Co-influenced by the characteristics of lo- cal farmer households, cultivated land resource endowment and income from the farmland, enthusiasm of farmers for cultivated land protection in Kaixian county is not high enough, as is reflected in the lack of at- tention from the farmers to the change of cultivated land quality and their low enthusiasm and low input for the improvement of low-and medium-yield cropland. In conclusion, the main factors influencing the willingness of farmer households to protect their cultivated land include rural household age characteris- tics, cultivated land resource endowment, government investment to the paid protection of cultivated land, non-agricultural income rate and social security availability.
