摘要
介绍了上海氯碱化工股份有限公司1万t/a CPVC产业化装置的特点及运行情况,并对比了该装置氯化聚氯乙烯产品与国内外同类产品的质量,结果表明该装置产品在偏氯结构含量、数均分子质量及老化性能方面接近或优于国外产品水平,产品性能可满足后加工需要。
The characteristics and running status of 10 kt/a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride in- dustrialization unit of Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. wcrc introduced. The qualities of products produced by this unit was comparcd with those of the samc products at homc and abroad. The results showed that the qualities of product obtained, such as vinylidcnc chloridc scction content, number avcragc molccular weight and aging property, wcrc close to or better than the samc kind forcign products, and could satisfy thc processing rcquircmcnts.
