脉血康胶囊对脑梗死患者的疗效及对血清超敏C—反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸的影响

The effects of Maixuekang capsule on treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and expressions of high- sensitivity C-reactive protein and homocysteine in serum

目的观察脉血康胶囊治疗脑梗死的疗效及对血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）表达的影响。方法选择86例脑梗死患者，按入院顺序均分对照组和观察组，每组43例。两组均接受常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用脉血康胶囊（3粒），每日3次，共4周。观察两组治疗前后患者血清hs—CRP和Hcy的变化及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后血清hs—CRP（mg／L）和Hcy（mol／L）水平均较治疗前明显降低，且观察组较对照组下降更显著（hs—CRP：3．42±1．03比9．53±2．18，Hcy：13．25±3．28比24．31±3．10，均P〈0．05）；观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（90．70％比74．42％，P〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗基础上加用脉血康胶囊治疗脑梗死临床疗效确切，并能有效调节血清中hs—CRP和Hcy的含量，进而调节机体内环境，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Maixuekang capsule on treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and its effects on the expressions of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and homocysteine （Hcy） in serum. Methods Eighty-six patients with cerebral infarction sequentially admitted into the hospital were divided into a control group and an observation group （43 cases in each group）. Both groups received conventional treatment, while the observation group was additionally treated by 3 capsules of Maixuekang, 3 times per day for 4 weeks. After the treatment, the changes of the serum levels of hs-CRP and Hcy and the clinical therapeutic effects in the two groups were observed. Results Compared to the serum levels of hs-CRP （mg/L） and Hcy （mol/L） before the treatment, the levels were decreased obviously in the two groups after treatment, the more significant improvement being in the observation group than those in control group （hs-CRP ： 3.42±1.03 vs. 9.53±2.18, Hey ： 13.25±3.28 vs. 24.31±3.10, both P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was remarkably higher in the observation group than that in the control group （90.70% vs. 74.42%,P〈0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of conventional treatment, the addition of oral administration of Maixuekang capsule can effectively regulate the serum expressions of hs-CRP and Hcy in patients with cerebral infarction and in turn regulate the internal environment of the organism, thus the combined treatment can effectively treat this disease.
