摘要
运动估计超高的复杂度一直是实时视频编码应用的瓶颈之一。为了解决这个难题,在研究MVFAST(Motion Vector Field Adaptive Search Technique)的基础上,提出一种改进的运动估计算法。该算法在利用邻块运动矢量长度信息的同时,进一步挖掘它们的分散度信息来更加准确的选择搜索策略。实验结果表明,改进后的算法无论是在搜索速度,还是在搜索精度上,都获得了明显的提高,可以作为MPEG2,H.264实时优化时的参考。
The high complexity of motion estimation is always the bottleneck plication. To solve this problem , an enhanced motion search algorithm besed adaptive search technique (MVFAST) was proposed. The algorithm didn't only of the real-time video encoding ap- on the study of motion vector field use the length information from ad- jacent blocks'motion vectors but also exploited their separation degree to get a more accurate search strategy. Ex- perimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves a higher search speed at the same time offers a search quality superior to that provided by MVFAST and it can be used as a reference for the real time optimization on MPEG2 or H. 264.
