摘要
以活性炭为载体,采用硝酸镍浸渍液制备负载型镍催化剂Ni/AC。讨论了硝酸镍负载的最佳条件,并引入金属铜对催化剂进行改性。通过比表面积分析仪和扫描电镜SEM分析了催化剂的表面结构,并将两种催化剂应用于甲醇直接氧化羰基化合成醋酸的实验中。结果显示:制备催化剂的最佳条件为硝酸镍浓度1.0 mol/L、浸渍时间1 h、温度70℃、硝酸铜浓度0.1 mol/L;两种催化剂均具催化活性,双金属镍铜催化剂Ni-Cu/AC活性较高,催化作用下甲醇转化率可达15.7%。
Active carbon (AC) supported Ni-Cu bimetallic catalysts for the direct synthesis of acetic acid (AcOH) from CH3 OH and CO were synthesized and investigated. The synthesized catalysts were fully characterized using surface comparator and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The catalytic activities were investi- gated by the initial experiments. The suitable conditions for preparation of the two loaded catalysts were been dem- onstrated : the concentration of the nickel nitrate is 1.0 mol/L, the concentration of the copper nitrate is 0. 1 moL/ L, the time of infusion is 1 hours and the temperature of infusion is 70 %. The experimental results show Ni-Cu / AC catalysts are efficient for the direct synthesis of AcOH. The conversion of CH3OH is higher than 15.7 %.
