摘要
在航天型号的研制过程中,软件的可靠性十分重要。而目前有关软件产品的可靠性设计、分析方法仍十分缺乏。该文提出了一种综合采用在硬件可靠性设计分析领域已成功应用的FTA、FMEA及建立软件产品的功能剖面的方法,力图进一步提高软件产品的可靠性。
In the development of the aerospace model,the reliability of aerospace software is very important.However,at present,the methods of reliability design and analysis of the software products still quite lack.This paper brings foward a method which has been applied in the hardware reliability design and analysis successfuIly, F'FA,FMEA,and Funchon Section,to try to advance the reliability of software.
