The Attached School of Performing Arts of China Ethnic Song and Dance Ensemble (the School) is located in Beijing. It was established in 1995 as the Training Center of Performing Arts for the Ensemble; it changed its name officially to the current one in 2007. Today the school has developed into an artistic Mecca, one that has produced over 1,000 minority artists from 16 nationalities, namely Han, Mongolian, Tibetan, Uygur, Korean, Hui, Manchu, Zhuang, Miao, Dai, Yi, Gelao, Kazak, Kirghiz, Uzbek, Hezhe and Xibe, helping more and more art lovers to realize their dreams.
