Implementation of data acquisition in minitype FBG demodulation system

摘要 为了实现FBG解调系统的小型化和低功耗,提高FBG传感信号的采集精度,设计了一种用于小型化FBG解调仪的数据采集系统。该系统以DSP和CPLD为硬件开发平台,应用高精度A/D转换芯片采集光电检测器输出的电信号,完成了软硬件调试。实验结果表明,该系统能够准确地采集FBG光谱信号,满足FBG传感系统波长分辨率、采集速度和数据存储容量的要求。 In order to realize the miniaturization and low power consumption of FBG demodulation system, improve the acquisition precision of fiber grating sensor signal, a data acquisition system for miniaturization FBG demodulation devices is designed. In the system, DSP and CPLD are selected for hardware development platform, high precision analog to digital conversion chip is used to collect the photoelectric detector output signals, the debugging of the hardware and software is completed. The experimental result shows that the system can accurately collect FBG spectrum signal, and meet the requirements of wavelength resolution, acquisition speed and data storage capacity in the FBG sensor system.
