柔性制造工作站控制模型及控制逻辑的自动生成研究

Research on the Control Model and the Automatically Generation of Control Logic Codes for Flexible Manufacturing Workstations

针对柔性制造工作站的特点提出的工作站控制器模型。为了实现工作站控制器控制代码的自动生成 ,提出了规范化Petri网的概念 ,并建立了工作站控制器的SPN模型与对象模型、SPN模型与PLC的梯形图代码之间的映射规则与方法 ,从而较好地解决了工作站控制器控制代码的自动生成问题。

Based on analysis of the flexible manufacturing workstations and the defined Standardized PetriNet (SPN), this paper develops a control model, and constructs the mapping between SPN and control model as well as between SPN and PLC/LD (Programmer Logic Controller/Ladder Diagram) model of flexible manufacturing workstations. The methods presented in the paper solve the problem of automatically generation control codes for Manufacturing Cells.
