腺苷-磷酸激活的蛋白激酶与细胞增殖
摘要
腺苷-磷酸激活的蛋白激酶(adenosinemono—phosphateactivatedproteinkinase,AMPK)是一种能被腺苷-磷酸(AMP)激活,主要协调代谢和能量需要的蛋白激酶Ⅲ;当体内能量状况发生改变时,ATP分解为ADP、AMP并激活AMPK,并通过AMPK调节糖原、胆固醇和脂肪的合成,
