摘要
用自行设计研制的改进型合并净化槽处理实际生活污水,考察了系统的净化效能。通过设置改性复合填料和设置微电解铁屑床对合并净化槽进行了工艺改进,采用缺氧-厌氧-好氧(A2/O)工艺处理生活污水。试验结果表明,在HRT为8 h、系统回流体积比为75%时,3月份和8月份对COD、TN和TP具有较好的去除效果,3月份平均去除率分别为93%、80%和94%;8月份平均去除率分别为94%、76%和91%。出水COD≤50 mg/L,TN、TP的质量浓度分别≤15 mg/L、≤0.5 mg/L,均达到GB 18918-2002中的一级A排放标准。
A modified Merger Johkaso was developed to treat domestic wastewater and its performance was investigated. Integrating a micro-electrolysis bed, and complex biological media in it, the Merger Johkaso was operated at controlled hydraulic retention time 8 h and mixed liquor recirculation 75%, which using hypoxia-anaerobic-aerobic (A2/O) process to treat domestic wastewater. The results showed that the Merger Johkaso can effectively removed COD, TN and TP with average rates of 93%, 80% and 94% respectively in March, 94%, 76% and 91% respectively in August, which all met the class A discharge standards (Integrated wastewater discharge standard, GB 18918 - 2002, China. level 1 A: COD ≤ 50 mg/L, p(TN)≤ 15 mg/L, and p(TP) ≤ 0.5 mg/L.
