摘要
设计了基于二维三角晶格光子晶体的90°弧线弯曲波导以实现Γ-K波导和Γ-M波导的连接。通过在弯曲弧线和Γ-M波导两侧引入缺陷面,形成了具有布拉格反射和全内反射的双重光子局域作用。模拟可得该二维三角晶格光子晶体90°弧线弯曲波导的透射率达90%。
The 90°-arc-bend waveguide which connects the Г-K and Г-M waveguides is designed based on two- dimensional triangular lattice photonic crystals. The double-photon localization of Bragg reflection and total internal reflection is achieved by the introduction of defect surfaces on the arc and both sides of the F-M waveguide. Thus, the 90°-arc-bend waveguide based on two-dimensional triangle lattice photonic crystal with transmittance of 90 % was realized in simulation.
