曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

Clinical observation of trlmetazldine combined with slmvastatin in treatment of chronic heart failure

目的研究曲芙他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择夏邑县人民医院2009年1月至2012年1月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者120例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗，观察组患者临床给予曲芙他嗪联合辛伐他汀。测量患者治疗前后的左心室内径、左心室后壁厚度、电解质以及血糖、血脂变化，并进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的临床效果明显高于对照组。且左心室内径、左心室后壁厚度、室间隔厚度以及射血分数变化改变情况亦明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论曲芙他嘹联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效明显，并且药效平稳，能够有效地提高患者的心肌收缩与舒张能力，使用安全可靠。

ObJective To study the effect of trimetazidine combined with simvastafin on chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine anti-heart failure drug treatment, and the patients in observation group were given trimetazidine combined with simvastatin treatment. The left ventricular diameter, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, electrolytes and the serum levels of glu- cose and lipid before and after treatment were detected and analyzed. Results The clinical effect of ob- servation group were significantly higher than that of control group, and the left ventricular diameters, ventricular septal thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thickness as well as the ejection fraction chan- ges improved more significantly in the observation group than those in the control group, there were signif- icant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Trimetazidine combined with simvastatin in the treatment of chronic heart failure has obvious effect, and the efficacy was smooth, can effectively improve the myocardial systolic and diastolic ability, and is safe and reliable.
