腹式与阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术临床对比分析

目的探讨阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床意义。方法回顾性分析同期行腹式及阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术各20例患者术中和术后情况。结果两组患者在年龄、子宫大小、肌瘤位置大小及数量等方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；手术时间和术中出血量比较差异亦无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；术后体温恢复时间、使用抗生素天数、住院时间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在严格掌握适应证的情况下，阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术创伤小、恢复快。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of vaginal hysterectomy myomecto- my. Methods Retrospective analysis of the conditions of intraoperative and postoperative with abdomi- nal and vaginal hysterectomy myomectomy each in 20 patients. Results There was no significant differ- ences in age, uterine size, fibroid location, size and quantity betwee two groups. There was no significant （P 〉 0.05 ） in operative time and blood loss, and there was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） in post- operative body temperature, use of antibiotics, hospital stay days. Conclusions It could show less trau- ma, and quicker recovery for vaginal hysterectomy myomectomy in the cases of strict indications.
