摘要
产能过剩问题一直是国内外经济学家和产业界人士研究的焦点。在对中国转型期的产能过剩的特点、影响以及成因分析的基础上,建立了我国产能过剩评估指标体系,并就构建防治产能过剩的长效机制提出可行性建议。
The overcapacity problem has been a research focus of domestic and foreign economists and industry professionals. This paper analyzed the characteristics ,impact and causes of China＇s transition overcapacity, estab-lished domestic excess capacity assessment index system, and to build a long- term mechanism to combat overca-pacity make feasible suggestions.
