农村利益分化背景下的村庄治理研究

Research on the Village Governance in the Context of Differentiation of Countryside Interests

随着农村社会的发展,农村利益分化日益明显。农村利益分化是农村社会成熟和进步的标志,但是,农村利益过速分化、过度分化以及持续分化不可避免地会加大村庄治理难度,使村庄治理面临严峻挑战。鉴于此,必须加大社会改革力度,健全利益协调机制;对相关法律和制度不断进行完善,解决农村收入差距过大问题;不断完善和创新村庄治理模式,以实现农村社会的科学治理与和谐稳定发展。

With the development of rural society, the interest differentiation in rural areas became increasingly apparent. Interest differentiation in rural areas was a sign of social maturity and progress in rural society. However, too fast, excessive, and continuous rural interest differentiation inevitably increases the difficulty of village govern- ance, makes the village governance facing severe challenges. Therefore, we must increase the intensity of social re- form, and improve the mechanism of coordination of interests. We must constantly improve relevant laws and sys- tems to curb the rural income gap. We have to continuously improve and innovate the village governance model in order to achieve scientific management and harmonious and stable development of the rural community.
