我国产权交易市场中股权交易信息披露问题研究 被引量:2

摘要 从市场发展和国家规划看,产权交易市场将改变服务对象以国有产权交易为主的现状,开始向多种所有制产权交易转变,主要交易产品将向股权、债权、物权和知识产权等过渡。而我国目前产权交易信息披露制度主要是针对国有产权交易,具有显著的行政特点,这将影响产权交易市场的进一步发展。为此,通过产权交易市场和证券交易市场信息披露制度的对比,找出产权交易市场股权交易在信息披露方面的不足,通过借鉴证券市场中股票市场的成熟可取之处,对产权交易市场中股权交易的信息披露提出改进措施。 Judging from the market to change the main service object from development and national planning, state -owned property rights trading property rights trading market will start oriented to the diverse forms of owner- ship of property rights trading. Trading products will mainly be such as equity, debt, property rights and intellectu- al property in the transition phase. And the current property transaction information disclosure system of China focu- ses on state - owned property transactions ; it has significant administrative ~features, which will affect the further de- velopment of the property market. In this paper, according to the contrast of the property market and stock market information disclosure system, the lack of property rights trading market equity transactions in information disclosure will be identified. By drawing on the merits of the mature stock markets in the securities market, the improvements about equity transactions disclosures in the property rights trading market will also be put forward.
