综合服务团队对社区精神分裂症患者综合干预的研究

Study on Intervention Effects of Comprehensive Community Service Team for Schizophrenia in Community

目的分析综合服务团队对社区精神分裂症患者的影响。方法 102例患者随机分为研究组(50例)和对照组(52例),由综合服务团队对研究组进行1年干预,对照组给予一般服务。在入组时和1年末分别对两组采用精神疾病患者病耻感评估量表(SSforPMI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定并分析复发指标。结果采用非参数检验,1年干预后前后2次评估样本间PANSS量表阳性分减分(Z=-3.352,P<0.01)、精神病因子分减分(Z=-2.862,P<0.01)有显著性差异,阴性分减分有显著性差异(Z=-2.491,P<0.05);再次评估时两组样本间PANSS阳性分减分和SSRS总分有显著性差异。研究组复发率低于对照组,有显著性差异(χ2=4.01,P<0.05)。结论综合服务团队干预有利于促进精神分裂症患者治疗及康复,减少复发,帮助其获得更多社会支持。

Objective To study the intervention effects of comprehensive community service teams for schizophrenia in community.Methods A total of 102 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group（n=50）and control group（n=52）.The cases in intervention group were regularly provided community services by comprehensive service team for 1 year,while the cases in control group had received common service.All cases were assessed at baseline and end of the year by instrument s including Scale of Stigma for People with Mental Illness（SSforPMI）,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）,Positive And Negative Symptom Scale（PANSS）.Results At the end of the year,the score of positive subscale（Z=-3.352,P0.01）and the general psychopathology subscale（Z=-2.862,P0.01）had significant differences,while negative subscale had differences（Z=-2.491,P0.05） between two groups.In the re-assessment of the years,the score of positive subscale and SSRS had differences between two groups.The recurrence rate of intervention group was lower than that of control group （χ2=4.01,P0.05）.Conclusion The intervention of comprehensive service team is benefit to improve the conditions of social treatments and rehabilitation,and help patients get more social support.
