摘要 目的了解高血压患者心血管反应的特征及与健康人群的差异,压力任务下的反应和皮肤电阻的关系。方法使用实验和问卷调查的方法对高血压患者和健康居民进行研究。结果①两组在恢复期的心血管反应差异显著(t=-2.086,P<0.05);对照组恢复期的皮肤电阻变化值较病例组高(t=-1.322,P<0.05);②消极应对方式和基线期、任务期的额肌肌电值呈负相关(P<0.05),消极应对方式和恢复期的额肌肌电值呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论在生物反馈治疗中,加强对患者应对方式方面的干预,有利于提高健康水平。 Objective To explore the features of cardiovascular responses of hypertension,the differences between hypertension and health,the relationship between experimental expression and the values of electromyogram.Methods Experiment and questionnaire were used to assess them.Results ①The values of electromyogram significantly increased in stress period and recovery period in two groups(t=-2.086,P0.05);the control group's values of changing electromyogram was higher than hypertension's(t=-1.322,P0.05);②The negative coping style showed significantly positive correlation with basic and stress period's values of electromyogram,and correlated with the recovery period(P0.05).Conclusion Intervening about coping style in the electromyography feedback training can help to improve their health level.
