大学生自尊、归因方式与主观幸福感的关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨大学生自尊、个体归因与主观幸福感之间的关系,为提高大学生生活质量提供依据。方法采用自尊量表、归因方式量表和总体幸福感量表,对深圳大学256名本科生进行调查。结果大学生的自尊、归因与总体主观幸福感在性别上无显著性差异(t=0.696,0.466,1.167;P>0.05);自尊对主观幸福感的各维度和总分相关并有显著预测作用(P<0.01);归因"普通特殊"维度与总体主观幸福感显著相关并有显著预测作用(P<0.01)。结论男女大学生总体主观幸福感没有区别,自尊与归因方式的不同对主观幸福感总体及各层面的预测作用不同,高自尊者可能比低自尊者产生更强的幸福感,个体归因为特殊性可能比归因为普遍性更容易产生主观幸福感。 Objective To explore the relationship between college students' self-esteem,individual attribution and subjective well-being,and provide the basis for improving quality of life of college students.Methods Using the self-esteem scale,attribution way scale and general well-being scale to measure 256 Shenzhen university students.Results There were no significant gender differences in college students among self-esteem(t=0.696,P0.05),attribution(t=0.466,P0.05)and subjective well-being(t=1.167,P0.05);Self-esteem were significantly associated with subjective well-being(P0.01),Attribution was significantly associated with total subjective well-being(P0.01).Conclusion College students don't have significant sexual difference in overall subjective well-being;Self-esteem and attribution play different roles on subjective well-being,students with higher self-esteem may have stronger subjective well-being,students having special attribution may be easier to have subjective well-being.
