军医大学不同专业学员综合素质纵向评估结果分析

Compositive Diathesis Longitudinal Evaluation of Military Medical Undergraduates of Different Specialties

目的纵向跟踪分析军医大学不同专业学员综合素质评估结果,引导学员根据自身的不足有针对性的提高综合素质。方法应用已经建立的综合素质评估指标体系,追踪观察某军医大学不同专业新生升入二年级后综合素质的变化。结果护理学员的综合素质总分变化没有统计学差异(t=1.041,P=0.302),军医、海医、药学、卫管、麻醉、生物技术学员的综合素质变化均有统计学差异(t=6.276,-2.033,-66.226,-24.019,-21.396,8.537;P均<0.05)。结论军医大学不同专业新生综合素质的发展情况不同,其中心理素质的提高较为明显,要引导学员根据素质评估的反馈结果,及时调整发展方向。

Objective To longitudinally analyze the evaluations of undergraduates＇ compositive diathesis of different specialties,and guide them to advance their own diatheses correspondingly.Methods Based on the established compositive diathesis index system,we surveyed on all freshmen of a military medical university to compare the difference between before and after they upgraded.Results The scores of compositive diathesis of undergraduates specialized in nursing showed no statistical significance（t=1.041,P=0.302）,but the scores of those specialized in others all showed statistical significance（t=6.276,-2.033,-66.226,-24.019,-21.396,8.537;P0.05）.Conclusion The compositive diatheses of different specialties develope differently,among which mentality diathesis advance the most.The undergraduates should be guided to regulate their study directions according to the reactive results.
