诱骗受体-3和Caveolin-1在肝癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:研究诱骗受体-3(decoy receptor3,DcR3)和Caveolin-1在原发性肝细胞癌(以下简称为肝癌)组织中的表达情况,初步探讨两者与肝癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法:用免疫组化检测40例肝癌组织及其癌旁组织中DcR3及Caveolin-1蛋白的表达,观察两者与肝癌生物学行为的关系。结果:肝癌组织中DcR3和Caveolin-1的阳性表达率分别为77.5%和70.0%,明显高于癌旁组织(17.5%、37.5%)。有HBsAg阳性及肿瘤直径大于5cm的肝癌组织中DcR3阳性表达率分别高于HBsAg阴性及肿瘤直径小于5cm者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Caveolin-1在肝癌高、中分化组的表达率明显低于低分化组(P<0.01)。结论:DcR3及Caveolin-1蛋白的表达与肝癌的生物学行为密切相关,并在肝癌组织发生发展过程中起着不同的重要作用。
