“缘对缘”技术治疗二尖瓣关闭不全中远期效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:介绍"缘对缘"技术治疗二尖瓣关闭不全的中远期随访结果。方法:2006年1月至2009年12月,35例二尖瓣关闭不全患者接受"缘对缘"二尖瓣成形术,其中男16例,女19例,年龄5~67岁,平均(39.4±13.6)岁。所有患者术后随访36~74个月,平均(53.3±15.6)月。采用经胸超声心动图观察二尖瓣成形效果。结果:全组患者均存活,无再次手术。心脏超声检查显示术后32例患者二尖瓣返流消失,未再复发;3例患者残余二尖瓣轻度返流未加重,继续随访中。结论:应用缘对缘技术治疗二尖瓣关闭不全不失为一种简单、实用、有效的方法。
