摘要 目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽对急性一氧化碳中毒致心肌损害的保护作用。方法:将93例中重度一氧化碳中毒性心肌损害患者随机分为治疗组52例,对照组41例。两组均予以常规治疗(高压氧、能量合剂及对症治疗),治疗组加用还原型谷胱甘肽1800mg,每日1次。对比分析两组患者的肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的变化。结果:治疗组CK-MB、cTnI的恢复均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽对一氧化碳中毒性心肌损害有明显保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) on myocardial damage in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACMP). Methods 93 patients with myocardial damage induced by ACMP were divided into treatment group (n = 52) and control group (n = 41 ). Conventional treatment was given to both groups, and the treatment group was treated with 1 800 mg of GSH once a day, additionally. The changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum (CK-MB) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) were analyzed. Results CK-MB as well as cTnI were all improved significantly in the treatment group, and the changes were superior to those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion GSH has the protective effect on myocardial damage induced by ACMP.
