摘要
复合隐性知识的集成是复杂重大科技工程技术整合的核心,为实现技术整合过程中复合隐性知识的有效集成,基于知识管理理论,运用系统动力学方法,分析了基于技术整合的复合隐性知识集成特征和过程,构建了基于技术整合的复合隐性知识集成微分动力学模型。通过对模型平衡点的稳定性分析得出复合隐性知识有效集成的参数条件为:δ1,δ2>1,且集成效果与δ1,δ2的变化具有同向性。最后,从组织管理视角,提出通过搭建实现知识共享的公共信息平台,建立全方位、多视角的激励机制,着力加强有利于知识创新的工程文化建设,促进基于技术整合的复杂重大科技工程复合隐性知识的高效集成。
The integration of compound tacit knowledge is the core of technology integration in complex major sci- entific projects. In order to effectively realize integration of compound tacit knowledge in technology integration, we applied knowledge management theory and system dynamics theory to analyze the characteristics and process of compound tacit knowledge integration in technology integration and build differential dynamic model of com- pound tacit knowledge integration based on technology integration. By analyzing the stability of model's equilibri- um points, the basic parameters condition of effective integration Of compound tacit knowledge was given: , more- over, the integrated effects and have the same isotropic. Finally, based on organization and management's per- spective, the efficient integration of compound tacit knowledge based on technology integration in complex major scientific projects could be achieved by building public information platform which could realize knowledge interac- tion, setting up comprehensive & multi-view incentives mechanism and deeply strengthen project culture which could encourage knowledge innovation.
