多样化外部联系对创业团队创新绩效的影响:一个跨案例研究 被引量:4

The Effect of Diverse Outside Ties on Creative Performance of Entrepreneurial Teams:A Cross-Case Study

摘要 从理论上探讨了创业团队成员多样化的外部社会联系有助于团队创新的形成,而个人在团队社会网络中的中心性和创业团队的演化阶段会对上述过程起到调节作用。通过对六个具有代表性的创业团队的跨案例分析检验上述几个命题,结果发现,创业团队的创新绩效受到团队成员多样化的外部联系、个人在团队社会网络中的中心性以及团队演化阶段等因素的影响。 This paper assumes that the diverse outside social ties of entrepreneurial team members are conductive to the team innovation, and this relationship would be moderated by individual centrality in a team's social net- work and the evolutionary stages of an entrepreneurial team. The paper uses a cross-case study of 6 typical entre- preneurial teams to test the propositions above. The result shows that the creative performance of an entrepreneur- ial team is affected by the diverse outside social ties of entrepreneurial team members, individual centrality in the team's social network and the evolutionary stages of the team.
