摘要
分析了团队认知多样性和团队创造力之间的关系。通过研究发现:团队认知多样性和团队沟通是负向关系;团队认知多样性和团队创造力之间是负向关系;同时,团队沟通对团队认知多样性和团队创造力之间的关系具有调节作用。
