摘要
以SCIE和JCR数据库为依据,分析SCI期刊的影响因子、期刊分区和论文他引频次与论文学术质量的内在关联性,并以此为不同学科领域SCI论文学术质量评价指标建立量化评价模型,为SCI论文的学术质量及科研绩效的评价提供参考依据。
Based on the SCIE and JCR database, the inner relationship between the journal impact factors, the journal zoning, the other citation and the paper academic quality was analyzed. To evaluate the quality of the papers in different subject fields, these indexes were used to establish a new model. The result will offer a reference for the evaluation of SCI paper＇s academic quality and the scientific research efficiency.
