摘要
首次将超动态能力的3个维度分别设计为资源构建能力、主动开拓能力和组织学习,构建变量间的关联模型及研究假设。通过结构方程模型对变量间关系进行检验,从而明确了3个维度对超动态能力以及3个维度之间的相关性和影响程度。
There are three dimensions for super dynamic capability, which are resource building, initiative development capacity and organizational learning. This paper makes models and hypothesis, designs the measure form for each element, make questionnaire survey to get data, carries out reliability and validity testing, uses structural equation modeling to test conceptual model, and makes sure three dimensions have the impact on dynamic capabilities and they have interaction with a significant covariation relations.
