摘要
通过对波特的产业集群"钻石模型"评价,客观地分析了"钻石模型"存在的不足,以及对发展中国家产业集群竞争力分析的局限性,提出了产业集群竞争力评价综合模型分析方法。该综合模型包括生命周期模型和绩效模型两个部分。生命周期模型从宏观角度分析产业集群的生命周期与演化规律;绩效模型从微观角度分析产业集群绩效的影响因素,反映产业集群所处状态的运行状况。综合模型达到了从宏观和微观综合分析产业集群竞争力的目的。
The article analyzed the shortcomings of ＂Diamond Model＂ and the limitations of cluster analysis in developing countries objectively through evaluating ＂Diamond Model＂ based on the literature review. Then it proposed a＂ Comprehensive Model＂ in order to analyze industrial cluster more comprehensively, including two parts ： ＂Life - Cycle Model＂ and ＂Performance Model＂. ＂Life - Cycle Model＂ analyzed the life cycle of industrial cluster and its evolution law from a macro point of view ; while ＂Performance Model＂ analyzed the factors affecting the performance of industrial cluster from a micro point of view, and reflected the operating state of industrial cluster. ＂Comprehensive Model＂ has reached a comprehensive analysis competitiveness of industrial clusters purposes from the macro and micro.
