摘要
20世纪80年代广州国有零售企业具有很强的竞争力,但自90年代开始在外资零售企业参与的多次整合中,其经营绩效呈现出由高到低的变化。基于动态竞争理论,运用进攻-回应的分析方法剖析不同阶段国有零售企业和外资零售企业经营绩效的动态变化。研究发现,国有零售企业在整合过程中主要以重组、并购、扩张开店的形式为主,其中政府起到重要的引导作用,但这种整合方式并没有为其经营绩效带来质的提升;外资零售企业在克服制度性市场准入的进入障碍后进行了有效整合,其经营绩效得到稳步提高。
Guangzhou state -owned retailers owned strong competitiveness in 1980s due to monopoly. However, competing against foreign retailers, their performance began to be lower, then growing to be higher than before dynamically. Based on dynamic competition theory, this article analyzes the dynamic change of state - owned retailers and foreign retailers＇ performance in different stages with attack/response method. Results indicate that the integrated approach which the government leads in the whole integration process of Guangzhou state - owned retailers includes restructuring, acquisition and expansion. However, this approach does not essentially enhance their performance. Comparing with foreign retailers, their performance after integration is growing to be higher after they overcome the entry barriers.
