提高接触网天窗修利用率的对策

Countermeasures on Increasing Utilization Rate of Catenary Maintenance Window

从天窗修计划考虑不足、作业效率不高、接触网作业环境较差、各单位检修协调工作脱节、设备配备和职工素质尚未匹配5个方面,分析目前接触网天窗修存在的问题,提出转变观念,制订操作性较强的天窗修计划,建立考核机制,选用合适的夜间照明工具,加强天窗修的全过程控制,强化专业培训,做好设备缺陷统计工作和调整生产布局集中检修等提高天窗修利用率的对策。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in current OCS maintenance window from 5 aspects： deficiency of maintenance plan,unreasonable operation efficiency,bad OCS operation environment,disconnection of each enterprise’s harmonization works,equipment configuration and staff performance.The paper also puts forward the countermeasures on increasing using rate of maintenance window such as changing idea,establishing the maintenance plan with high maneuverability and examination mechanism,selecting suitable night lighting tools,strengthening whole process control of the maintenance,enhancing profession training,doing well the statistic works of equipment defects and adjusting centralized maintenance of production distribution.
