我国多个经济发达和人口稠密地区出台的城际铁路网规划体现了各地对铁路网发展的内在需求,通过对德国鲁尔区城市群的人口、面积、铁路网规模、运营列车的类型、列车数量、发车间隔、旅行速度等特征的分析,为我国地区铁路网规划中的功能定位、速度目标值制定、车站分布等设计方案提供借鉴。

The intercity railway network plan in many economic developed cities and impacted areas of China embodies the inner demand of railway network development of each area.Through analyzing the characteristics of city group in Ruhr area of Germany,such as population,area,railway network scale,type of operating train,train number,departure interval and running speed,some references are provided for the design program of Chinese railway network plan,which include function localization,establishment of speed target value and station distribution.
