摘要
通过分析级库存模式下库存逐级放大的形成机理,研究集中需求信息对供应链牛鞭效应的影响。基于级库存管理模式的视角,采用控制变量的方法,分别计算当实际需求值引用次数、供应链阶段数和提前期发生变化时,集中需求信息和分散需求信息供应链中牛鞭效应数量值的变化幅度,并对两者进行比较。研究结果表明,集中需求信息的供应链能够有效地抑制需求扭曲的程度,降低牛鞭效应的影响。
Through analyzing the formation mechanism of inventory gradual magnification under the inventory model,this paper studies the influence of centralized demand information on bullwhip effect of supply chain.From the view of inventory management model,when applying the controlling change value and calculating actual demand introduced reference number,phase number of supply chain and advanced occurring separately,the change range of bullwhip effect value of supply chain in centralized demand information and decentralized demand information is calculated and compared.The study result shows the supply chain of centralized demand information could effectively restrain the demand twisty degree and reduce the influence of bullwhip effect.
