无水港发展的制约因素及支撑条件

Restriction Factors and Support Condition of Anhydrous Harbor Development

基于无水港与产业集聚的密切联系和内陆经济中心城市规划建设无水港的现状,分析无水港发展面临的问题及其支撑条件。目前无水港发展的内在不足主要体现在物流基础设施、物流信息水平、物流服务能力和物流产业发展的体制因素等方面。无水港发展的支撑条件除物流基础设施、物流功能和服务、运营主体与投资主体等内在条件外,经济环境、资源或产业条件、基础设施条件、区位条件、政策环境、人才环境也是不可或缺的外部环境条件。

Based on close relationship between anhydrous harbor and industry centralization as well as status of constructing anhydrous harbor in inland economic center city,the problems and supporting condition of anhydrous harbor development are analyzed in this paper.At present,the inherent deficiency of anhydrous harbor development are mainly show in the system aspects of logistic infrastructure,logistic information level,logistic service capacity and logistic industry development.The support condition of anhydrous harbor development besides the inside conditions like logistic infrastructure,logistic function and service,operation body and investment body,also includes necessary outside conditions including economic environment,resource or industry condition,infrastructure condition,location condition,policy environment and talent environment.
