柴胡中Saikosaponin b_2的提取工艺研究

摘要 目的优选柴胡中Saikosaponin b2的提取工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定Saikosaponin b2含量。以提取量为指标,用正交设计方法优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:用30%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h,溶剂用量为8倍。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行,可作为Saikosaponin b2的提取工艺。 Objective To optimize the extraction method of saikosaponin b2 from the Radix Bupleuri. Methods HPLC method was employed to determine the amounts of saikosaponin b2. The optimized extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design and the extraction quantity was regarded as the investigated index. Results The optimum extracting condition was as follow: the Radix bupleuri was extracted by 8 times of 30% EtOH for 3 times with 1.5 h per time. Conclusion The optimum technology is stable and suitable for the extraction of saikosaponin b2 from Radix Bupleuri.
