彝族药喙尾琵琶甲中重金属的含量测定

Determination of the Heavy Metal Contents of Yi Nationality Medicine Blaps Rynchopetera Fairmaire

目的测定及对比不同地区喙尾琵琶甲中重金属含量。方法采用原子荧光光度法测定云南省6个地区的喙尾琵琶甲中重金属元素砷、铅、汞和铬的含量。结果发现重金属As的含量除临沧地区外都超出标准限定;重金属Cd的含量除曲靖市区外都超出标准限定;重金属Hg的含量只有临沧地区超出标准限定;重金Pb的含量都在限定范围内。结论云南省不同地区的喙尾琵琶甲中的重金属含量存在显著差异。

Objective To determine the contents of heavy metal in Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire from different areas of Yunnan Province. Methods Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the contens of heavy metals about As.Hg.Pb.Cd in Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire, from six regions of Yunnan Province. Results The content of As except in which produced in Lin- cang area all exceeded the standard limit. The content of Cd except in which from the Qujing urban areas all exceeded the standard limit. The content of Hg only in which from Lincang area exceeded the standard limit. The content of Pb all fitted in the standard limited . Conclusion The heavy metal contents in Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire from the different areas of Yunnan Province are significantly different.
