摘要
目的分析乌骨藤超临界萃取挥发油的化学组成。方法采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术提取乌骨藤中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析其化学组成。结果在乌骨藤超临界萃取物中共鉴定出31种物质,占挥发油总量的81.00%。其中,含量最高的组分有二十四烷、油酸、油酸乙酯、亚油酸、二十八烷和亚油酸乙酯。结论采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术制备乌骨藤挥发油中含有抗氧化、免疫调节和抗肿瘤的有效成分,与乌骨藤的药理活性相一致。该研究为开发利用乌骨藤资源提供了科学依据。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in essential oil from Marsdenia tenacissima extracted by supercritical fluid. Methods The essential oil from Marsdeuia tenacissima was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide. The volatile chemical components were analyzed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (GC -MS) methods. Results 31 volatile compounds were identified, accounting for 81.00% of the total volatile extract. The main volatile components were tetracosane, 9 - octadecenoic acid, ethyl Oleate ,9,12 -octadecadienoic acid, octacosane and linolcic acid ethyl ester. Conclusion The essential oil from Marsdenia tenacissima extracted by supercritical fluid has immune regulation, antioxide and antitumor activities, which is related to its pharmacological activity. It provides a scientific foundation for exploitation and utilization of Marsdenia tenacissima.
