雌激素、雌激素受体与心血管疾病 被引量:11

摘要 雌激素是一种参与机体多个器官系统功能调节的重要的固醇类激素。其水平的下降与女性绝经后心血管疾病发病率的增高存在着密切的关系。雌激素或雌激素样物质可以通过经典的雌激素受体(ER)α、ERβ或膜G蛋白偶联受体(GPR)30等介导的基因和非基因传导通路发挥心血管系统的调节功能;靶细胞受体亚型的特异性分布和状况是影响雌激素或雌激素样物质最终效应的主要因素。同时,雌激素对心血管系统作用机制的阐明对激素替代治疗(HRT)或植物雌激素的临床应用将具有重要指导意义。
