摘要
根据水稻直播农艺要求,确定了气吸式圆盘排种器相关部件参数的取值范围,采用均匀试验设计方法进行了排种性能试验研究,并分析了吸孔孔径、孔数、排种盘转速和气室真空度对合格指数、漏播指数及重播指数的影响,建立了排种器性能指标与相关参数的数学回归模型;在单盘单排孔气吸式排种器试验研究的基础上,研制了新型双盘气吸式排种器,并进行了排种性能试验。结果表明:影响水稻气吸式排种器合格指数的因素依次为气室真空度、排种盘转速、吸孔孔数和孔径,优化参数为:孔径2.2~2.4mm、孔数为54个、转速不超过65rpm和真空度在2.8~3.6kPa时,可以满足水稻芽种直播作业要求。结果对完善排种器设计、提高排种性能具有实际应用价值。
The present paper determined the ranges of parameters for the specific components of air seed-metering device according to the requirements of rice cultivation.Uniform design(UST4.0) was used to analyze the impact of the parameters on the performance of metering device: suction diameter,suction number,rotation speed,index of vacuum to qualified,miss index,and multi index.A mathematical regression model was developed to simulate the relationship between the performance of metering device and the relevant parameters.Based on the research of a single seed plate,a new air seed-metering device of double seed plates was designed and studied for the performance examination.The results showed that the factors affecting the performance of air seed-metering device are successively vacuum degree, rotation speed,suction number,and suction diameter.The optimal performance was achieved with the vacuum degree between 2.8-3.6kPa, rotation speed less than 65 rpm,suction number of 54,and suction diameter be tween 2.2-2.4mm.This opti mization also meets the germinated rice seed planting requirements.The results obtained from this study have a practical application prospects for the improvement of seed-metering device and the promotion of seeding performance.
