摘要
按照勺式玉米精密排种器设计参数对播种机性能的影响,对播种机进行排种性能试验,在利用Pro/E软件建立勺式玉米精密排种器三维实体模型的基础上,运用ADAMS仿真分析软件对排种器进行仿真分析,将试验结果同仿真分析优化结果比较,验证了虚拟样机技术在排种器设计中的重要作用。
In order to study the influence of design parameters on seeding performances,seeding performance test was performed,Threedimension model of disk-scoop-type precision metering device of maize was established with Pro/E,dynamic simulation of the model wasprocessed with ADAMS software.Experimental results were compared with results of the simulation and it verified that the virtual prototypingmethod could be used with higher accuracy in the process of designing precision metering device.
