摘要
针对单缸汽油机实际应用中存在的问题,对单缸汽油机的配气机构进行了理论分析和实验研究。在保证配气机构动力学特性的基础上,对配气凸轮型线、配气定时进行了改进设计,试验结果表明使用新设计的配气凸轮提高了发动机的充气效率,使发动机的进气性能得到明显改善。
In order to deal with the problems existed in the practical use of a single cylinder gasoline engine,the theoretical analysis and experimental research of the valve system of the engine are carried out.On the basis of guaranteeing the power performance of the valve train,the cam profile and valve timing are redesigned.The experimental results show that the inlet efficiency is raised by the use of the redesignedvalve cam,and the inlet performance of the engine is considerably improved.
