摘要
针对圆拱型连栋塑料温室(LWSG1Z-6-3)结构安全性问题与经济性要求,分析了圆拱型连栋塑料温室所受荷载的传力路径,分析了圆拱型连栋塑料温室所受载荷的类型,分析了各类荷载的计算及其等效简化处理。基于ANSYS12.0,对以材质为Q235A的Φ80×4圆管为立柱和横梁、以材质为Q235A的Φ30×2圆管为弦杆的圆拱型连栋塑料温室进行了强度校核和分析,并得出了两个优化方向。最后以用钢量为目标函数对圆拱型连栋塑料温室进行了优化,优化后每平米能节省用钢量2.0727kg。
For structure safety and economic requirement,load path of LWSG1Z-6-3 and all kinds of Load types was analyzed.All kinds ofLoad and its equivalent simplification was analyzed.Base on ANSYS12.0,the Q235A Φ80×4 round-pipe for columns and beams and theQ235A Φ30 ×2 round-pipe for the chord of LWSG1Z-6-3 was carried on the intensity examination and analysis.It was to obtain twooptimization direction.Finally the amount of steel is to be the target function of LWSG1Z-6-3.After the optimization,the amount of steelcan save 2.0727kg each square.
