从学生和教师两方面研究入手,对现阶段农业机械化专业学生培养存在的问题进行分析,提出了一些改进的具体办法和对策。文章指出通过培养学生自主学习,激发学生的学习的兴趣;培养学生打下扎实的专业知识基础;培养学生注重实践教学,提高学生的实践运用能力;广开渠道,提高师资力量等方面来加快农业机械化专业人才的培养。

In this paper,from the analysis of both students and teachers to start,study the existing problems of the current stage of agricultural machinery professional students to develop,put forward some concrete measures for improvement and solutions.Article points out thatby developing independent learning and stimulate students interest in learning;students lay a solid professional knowledge base;studentspractice-oriented teaching to enhance students ability to use the practice;wide open channels,increase teacher forces to speed up thetraining of agricultural mechanization talents.
