参照"卓越工程师"培养要求,结合产学研合作项目的实施,就如何培养学生的创新意识、学习能力、工程经验等方面,组建由校内外导师、研究生及本科生一起参加的团队,搭建校内校外两个实践平台,以动态的管理方式,建立协同的教学运行机制和学习方法,使学生参加到工程项目设计和专利等方面的工作,体验创新创业氛围,达到了学生积极参与和综合素质逐步提升的效果。

This article refers to the ＂ excellent engineers＂ Education Plan requirements.Combined with the implementation of the researchcooperation project on how to develop students＇ awareness of innovation,learning abilities,engineering experience.Set up by the instructor,graduate and undergraduate students of both internal and outside of school to join the team,Establish a practical platform of out of school,totake a dynamic approach to management,to carry out the operation mechanism and learning and teaching.By participating in the project design and patent work,students experience a dare to venture and inventive atmosphere,to achieve the active participation of students to gradually enhance the overall quality.
