Experimental study on refill friction stir spot welding of aluminum alloy

摘要 针对铝合金回填式搅拌摩擦点焊工艺,通过试验研究,分析了接头宏观形态,揭示了搅拌套旋转速度、下压深度、焊接时间等焊接工艺参数对点焊接头剪切力的影响规律。结果表明,接头剪切力均随旋转速度的提高、下压深度的增大和焊接时间的延长而增加。其中,焊接时间对点焊接头剪切力的影响最为显著。研究结果可为铝合金回填式搅拌摩擦点焊焊接工艺参数的选取提供参考。 Aiming at refill friction stir spot welding of aluminum alloy,combined with experimental studies,the weld microstructure was analyzed,and influences of rotating speed,plunge depth,welding time on tensile shear strength were investigated.Research results showed that tensile shear strength was increased with increasing rotating speed,plunge depth and welding time.Welding time was the most important factor in influencing welding quality.Research results could provide guidance for welding process parameters selection of refill friction stir spot welding of aluminum.
